Consumption: Couscous was flavorless and mushy, but provided a good backdrop for the surprisingly tasty pork. Carrots were brittle and unappetizing; squash was mushy and seedy. Milk proved to be good companion. Dessert apple was fine.

Food: Black beans, local pork, corn, and a slathering of salsa, all on a flour tortilla.

Consumption: Upon picking up my tortilla, its contents emptied themselves onto my plate. I finished half of it in this manner, with the ingredients spilling out the tail end as I chomped on the front. I ended up having to get a fork and eat tortilla salad. Also, a lot soggier than expected. Milk went down easy.
